Early identification: The Diversity Inclusion Climate Survey ™ is an anonymous, secure Web-based diversity survey tool that allows leaders to assess immediately their organization’s climate relative to diversity. This early identification tool allows leaders to identify diversity/inclusion issues quickly and early in the problem cycle, while developing targeted action plans for problem resolution. |

Anonymity: Password-protected administration ensures that survey results are anonymous and confidential. We administer the survey independently, and results remain completely anonymous. Passwords, keywords and IDs are used in combination to protect anonymity. During administration of the survey, a username and password are used for security and accounting purposes. All specific names of participants and their responses are viewed and analyzed as aggregate data by our staff alone. |

Organizational Diagnostic Reports: Each leader will receive an action-driven report. This report specifies how employees from various demographic backgrounds perceive the work environment by measuring what’s currently working and what needs immediate improvement.
